About Bandhavgarh National Park

Bandhavgarh National Park is spread across an area of 1500+ square kilometres, in a region which is known for its thick Sal and Bamboo forests, interspersed with hills, grasslands and perineal streams. It is one of the most densely populated tiger reserve in the world with over ~130 tigers in the wild. This undoubtedly makes Bandhavgarh one of the best places in the world to spot and photograph wild tigers in their natural habitat. The reserve also offers a wide variety of flora and fauna including deer, sloth bear, leopard, jackal, wild dog and over 350 species of birds.

About the Skipper

Ratish Nair is an award-winning Wildlife Photographer known for his exceptional work. He serves as a Nikon Creator and Photo Mentor, bringing his expertise to aspiring photographers. As the skipper for Ecotrailz, he leads and conducts enriching photo workshops for participants, enhancing their skills during their journeys with Ecotrailz.

Itinerary [Arrival to Departure]

Day 1[Arrival]: 2nd Oct 2024

• Transfer from Jabalpur to Bandhavgarh at 3.30 pm.
• Arrival at Resort at 8.00 pm
• 8.30 pm Dinner and lights off!

Day 2, 3 [Game Drives]: 3rd & 4th Oct’24

• 4:30 am Wakeup call with coffee / tea
• 5:00 am we will depart for our Full Day Expedition.
• Breakfast and Lunch on board during Expedition.
• 6:30 pm Return back to the resort.
• 8:00 pm assemble for an in-depth classroom session/ Image reviews/ Photography discussion with Ratish.
• Dinner and lights off!

Day 4[Departure]: 5th Oct’24

• Morning Breakfast between 8.00-9.00 am
• Checkout by 09.30 am and transfer to Jabalpur
• End of Expedition

Inclusions:

• Land Transfers- Jabalpur to Jabalpur
• Full-board stay at Resort
• 2 Full Day safaris in important zones in the park
• Forest Permits
• Vehicle charges
• GST & Applicable taxes

Exclusions:

• Flight/train tickets
• Camera fees if any
• Alcoholic/Non-Alcoholic beverages
• Tips, laundry, personal snacks etc.
• Participants are required to cover any expenses not specified in the ‘inclusions’ as additional costs.

Note: Any forthcoming increases in Government Taxes and Safari Fees imposed by the Forest Department are not included in the package, but we will promptly notify you and invoice you for these charges upon receiving communication from the authorities.

Cost Per Person:

• INR 1,02,250 Incl of 5% GST and applicable taxes
• Tribe Members are entitled to a discount of 10%
• Children up to 5 years of age are complimentary, above 5 years would be charged as normal.

Payment Terms:

• 50% at the time of booking.
• Balance 50% – 30 days before the Expedition

Cancellation:

• Cancellation made within the first 10 days of booking would be entitled for a 50% credit note of trip cost.
• Any cancellation thereafter would be strictly non-refundable.
