About Dudhwa National Park:

Dudhwa National Park, a protected area in the Terai region of Uttar Pradesh, India. It’s renowned for its rich biodiversity, particularly known for its population of swamp deer (barasingha). The park is situated on the India-Nepal border in the foothills of the Himalayas and is part of the Dudhwa Tiger Reserve. Dudhwa National Park is home to a variety of flora and fauna, including tigers, leopards, elephants, rhinoceroses, sloth bears, and several bird species. It’s also a significant habitat for the endangered barasingha, which is found in good numbers here. The park offers opportunities for wildlife safaris, birdwatching, and nature walks, allowing visitors to experience the natural beauty and diversity of the region. It’s an important conservation area and a popular destination for ecotourism in India.

1.In-Field Guidance on Composition and Framing:

• Expert Eye for Detail: Tips and tricks on how to position your subject within the frame, making use of natural light, and incorporating environmental elements for a compelling wildlife shot.
• Adaptive Framing Techniques: Learn how to adapt your composition on the fly as you track moving subjects, ensuring every shot tells a story.

2. Off-Field Sessions on Photography Concepts and Lightroom Processing:

• Foundational and Advanced Concepts: Workshops covering the essentials of exposure, depth of field, and focus techniques, progressing to advanced topics like shooting in RAW, bracketing, and HDR.
• Lightroom Mastery: Detailed tutorials on post-processing, including color correction, noise reduction, and sharpening to bring out the best in your wildlife images.This approach ensures a comprehensive learning experience, from the moment you set up your camera to the final touches in post-production.

3. Camera Settings Across Brands:

• Brand-Specific Adjustments: Tailored guidance on optimizing settings to capture wildlife in varied lighting and environmental conditions.
• Real-Time Calibration: On-the-spot assistance in adjusting ISO, shutter speed, aperture, and focus modes to match the dynamic nature of wildlife photography.

Itinerary [Arrival to Departure]

Day 1[Arrival]: 27^th Feb 2025

• Transfer from Lucknow Airport to Dudhwa at 8.00 am.
• Arrival at Resort.
• Lunch will be served between 12.00 to 01.00 pm.
• 1:30 pm we will depart for afternoon safari
• 6:30 pm Return back to the resort
• 8:00 pm assemble for an in-depth classroom session/ Image reviews/ Photography discussion.
• Dinner and lights off!

Day 2,3 [Game Drives]: 28^th Feb’25 – 1^st March’25

• 5:00 am Wakeup call with coffee / tea
• 5:30 am we will depart for Morning Safari.
• 10:00 am Return to Resort for Breakfast/Tea or Coffee/bath/refresh
• 12:00- 1.00 pm Lunch with some leisure time.
• 1:30 pm we will depart for afternoon safari.
• 6:30 pm Return back to the resort.
• 8:00 pm assemble for an in-depth classroom session/ Image reviews/ Photography discussion.
• 8:00 pm Dinner and lights off!

Day 4[Departure]: 2^nd March’25

• 5:00 am Wakeup call with coffee / tea
• 5:30 am we will depart for Morning Safari.
• 10:30 am Return to camp for Breakfast/Tea or Coffee/bath/refresh
• Checkout at 11.00 am and transfer to Lucknow.
• End of Expedition

• Full-board stay (Twin sharing)
• 6 safaris in important zones in the park

Exclusions:

• Flight/train tickets
• Camera fees if any
• Alcoholic/Non-Alcoholic beverages
• Tips, laundry, personal snacks etc.
• Participants are required to cover any expenses not specified in the ‘inclusions’ as additional costs.

Note: Any forthcoming increases in Government Taxes and Safari Fees imposed by the Forest Department are not included in the package, but we will promptly notify you and invoice you for these charges upon receiving communication from the authorities.

Package Cost:

• Tribe Members are entitled to a discount of 10%
• Children up to 5 years of age are complimentary, above 5 years would be charged as normal.

• Cancellation made within the first 10 days of booking would be entitled for a 50% credit note of trip cost.
• Any cancellation thereafter would be strictly non-refundable.
